The white Pelican is a common summer sight in our lakeside town of Gimli. Painted on stone cut to the shape of our province, it stands at approx. 6 inches. SOLD

Icelandic Rocks

These miniatures are part of a collection sold to the Icelandic Heritage Museum in Gimli, Manitoba. I entitled them Icelandic Flagstones, as the flag of Iceland is on each one. The stones were handpicked in Borgarnes, Iceland.

I know they can be pesky, but these little guys are so entertaining! This maple slice is approx. 6 X 8 and coated with an epoxy sealer. From the collection of Don Martin.
